ABOUT
Prior to founding Bennion Deville Homes, Bob Bennion owned and operated one of the largest Windermere franchises in the Windermere network for 18 years, growing the office network to 30 locations throughout Southern California. Prior to that, he served as an Associate Broker with the Dover Group and has consistently been among the top one percent of all producers in the Seattle area. Bob Bennion served as an officer of the Seattle Condominium Network and Association, and is an active member of the Forum 22 Club. He has a degree in accounting and has served as Vice President for real estate leasing, sales, and acquisitions for a private company. He also established a successful financial consulting business focusing on shopping centers and their Triple A tenants.

In 1993, Bob Bennion and Bob Deville teamed together and quickly rose to the top as one of the Puget Sound`s most successful real estate partnerships.
