A Northwest native, Amy’s introduction to the world of real estate began around the time she bought a 1911 fixer-upper near Lincoln Park in West Seattle. After completely restoring the house and garden to its original condition, she launched her career in real estate in 2000.
Along the way, Amy picked up several other neglected properties and restored them to their original splendor (both Craftsman homes and mid-century modern homes); including homes in Beach Drive, Fremont, North Beach, Edmonds, Green Lake and Ballard.
Amy is currently living in a 1913 Phinney/Ballard home in which she added an ADU downstairs. When her two children went off to college, she moved downstairs and rented the upstairs out.
Amy takes great pleasure in assessing what her clients are looking for; this takes an attentive ear and a focused eye on all sides of the transaction. Having worked in the Greater Seattle area for years, she has a depth of experience that will point you in the right direction as you’re considering a home or investment opportunity. Having gone through the steps herself many times, Amy is positioned to help you find your dream property.
