Seattle native, Cherie Hasson, has been selling Seattle for more than 15 years. "This is my second bubble...," she muses. While having sold all over the city, Cherie’s wheelhouse is everything east of I-5. Truly passionate about her field, real estate allows Cherie to engage every facet of her personality. As a listing broker, Cherie is hands on and all-in. At first, the neighbors might think she’s the gardener or handy person, then the stager, then -- surprise! -- the realtor. "The two times my clients see me dressed up is our first meeting, and at the offer table a week after I’ve launched their listing. In between, I’m in my work clothes with sleeves rolled up, getting the place ready." Optimizing and elevating a property is Cherie’s specialty. "I work fast to earn a client’s trust and demonstrate my value. Once I’ve done that, they hand over the reigns and let me do what I do. It’s a tall order and huge responsibility. Cherie Hasson is a Seattle native through and through. With roots in Ravenna and Broadview, she migrated southeast by way of Queen Anne, Madison Valley and Beacon Hill. Cherie now calls the nation’s most diverse zip code -- 98118 -- home, enjoying a mid-century modern in Lakewood (east of Columbia City) with her partner and 4-year-old, Knox.
